Today we removed a 45-year old cedar tree from a dense suburb. The tree was between a house and a dilapidated fence, which were challenging to avoid hitting with limbs. The limbs also needed to be dragged along a tight pathway to the chipper. On the upside, we were able to chip all the limbs onsite!

Using the timelapse function on my phone, I was able to capture the entire removal:

Notice how Skyler first limbs the side closest to the camera, because we didn't have to worry about hitting the fence on that side. Afterwards, we employed rigging to gently lower the limbs.

After dragging them around some tight corners, we chipped the limbs down to to two full dump truck loads, which I delivered to Tilz.
